Tre cose, in quest’ordine. La seconda è il passaggio che la gente salta, ed è il motivo per cui un bot sembra non fare niente.
Aggiungi il bot al tuo server
Usa il link di invito. Chiede i 21 permessi che il codice usa davvero e nient’altro. Puoi togliere la spunta a qualsiasi di essi — il comando di una funzione ti dice poi se ne manca uno, invece di fallire in silenzio.
Sposta il suo ruolo sopra i ruoli che gestisce
Impostazioni server → Ruoli, e trascina sick sopra di essi. Discord non lascia che nessun bot bandisca, espella, metta in timeout o assegni un ruolo a qualcuno il cui ruolo più alto sta sopra il proprio. È una regola di Discord, non nostra, e nessun permesso può scavalcarla.
Scrivi il nome di una funzione
/welcome,/logs,/antinuke— ognuno mostra ogni impostazione, cosa è configurato, cosa è ancora richiesto con la riga che lo compila, e un avviso in tempo reale se al bot manca un permesso di cui quella funzione ha bisogno. Configurare qualcosa attiva la funzione;offla disattiva di nuovo. La maggior parte dei moduli non fa nulla finché non li configuri; i pochi che partono attivi sono indicati qui sotto.
